Fresh and experienced new hires will undergo a rigorous and systematic CDF (Competency Development Framework) programmes to build each staff with deep core competency skills to excel in their job. This learning and development framework emphasizes both depth and breath. You are given your competency level (four levels) dashboard to help you pace this learning journey.
We also provide a comprehensive leadership development programme for our leaders; Continual education sponsorship via S.E.E.D (Scheme for Employee Education and Development) and Overseas Attachment to parents’ company.
